Salary increases are merit-based and are subject to collective bargaining agreement.
 
These numbers do not include additional incentives for Education and Language.

Benefits
Paid Holidays –
A leave bank is established in lieu of traditional holiday leave. Each employee earns six (6) hours of leave per full calendar month of paid employment with a maximum accrual of seventy-two (72) hours.
