Their faces portray extreme effort in will to continue on their Quest to become an Oregon State Trooper. During this first session they must learn what is required not as individuals but as a team to survive.
Numerous aspects of this job requires timing and flow to get the job done safely and effectively. Troopers on either side of this State know who do not normally work together know exactly what to do when thrown into a High Risk situation because they have all trained with the same intensity from the beginning. We train to win every encounter...as a team!
